Client: A leading recycled aluminum enterprise in East China.
Challenge: The client required a highly automated system to produce uniform 6kg aluminum ingots with minimal manual intervention and seamless integration with their downstream robotic palletizing system.
Solution: We provided a 25m chain-type casting machine equipped with an automatic distributor, combined with our Fanuc robotic palletizing machine and automatic strapping system.
Result: Achieved a continuous production capacity of 15 tons/hour. The demolding rate reached 99.5%, and the entire process from casting to final stacking was fully unmanned, drastically reducing labor costs.
