Nantong Yanbao Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, and installation of non-ferrous metal smelting and recycling equipment. Founded in 2010 (originally as Shanghai Yanbao Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.), we relocated to Haian City, Nantong, Jiangsu Province in 2017. Our modern manufacturing base covers an area of 32 mu, with a factory floor space of 18,000 square meters.

Selection Guide
1. For Melting & Casting:
-
Determine your required capacity (tons per hour). Yanbao’s chain-type casting machines can produce 5KG, 6KG, 7KG, and 15KG ingots at capacities from 6.5 to 15 tons/hour.

Choose TRF rotary furnaces if you need to process mixed scrap, iron-containing aluminum blocks, or light metal scrap.
2. For Automation & Labor Reduction:

If you have limited workshop space, choose Robot Palletizing Machines as they do not require a deep pit foundation.

For large-scale continuous production, integrate the Gantry Palletizing Machine and Automatic Baler to create a fully automated packaging line.
3. For Dross Processing:

For rapid cooling and safe handling, the Screening-Type Cold Dross Bucket is essential to drop temperatures from 900℃ to 50℃.
